[LVCC] Radio Spam Flood Resolution

If this bill passes The radio will block you from speaking on it for 30 seconds if you use it 3 or more times within 10 seconds. You will still be able to see other people's messages, but won't be able to post anything on the radio if you are blocked. After 30 seconds of being blocked, you will be able to speak again. If you spam again, it will block you for 1 minute. Doing it again after that will result in a server kick. The purpose for this is so that there is an actual way of stopping radio spam, and giving a fair punishment. This also a very easy going system. No one in any situation other than purposely spamming wouldwill be saying something on the radio 3 times every 10 seconds. Bill proposed by Deputy Mayor HershB Unknown ATRer and pretty chill GFXer

Um that time range is Terri as People who type fast or people who need to break up sentences can write three things in 10 seconds easily. I type just above a word and a half every second (92 wpm) and I can easily type three things within ten seconds. It should be like 5 things within 2 seconds, and the cooldown time should be like 3 seconds.

Reason why I didn't put 5 is because by the time the system detects 5 things being said in 10 seconds: 1) 10 seconds will be closer to over 2) The radio will already be mostly spammed, meaning it'll get rid of more important stuff than if 3. As I said, I thought everything out, and 3 was the best option. Unknown ATRer and pretty chill GFXer

you didnt say that in original bill thing you just said you wont be able to speak for 30 seconds which is way too much of a cooldown. lots can happen in 30 seconds. you get attacked and you're helpless for 30 seconds basically.
