(I could have let someone supported my other post, the post was almost clearly explained, so I am going to update this.)
Hello there,
Safe chats would cause lots of problems in communication. I know that roblox added a new safechat system for us not to speak very well. I am already getting tired of this, saying real-world names, numbers, letters, words, and other stuff, it gets hashtagged out of the way. But I have seen several posts before, I have seen a moderator that tells the new update on safechat, which held last 2016.
But I have some evidences to remove, fix, and/or change the safechat system. I am getting very tired. Why would you moderate our posts even if we speak other languages? It was not inappropriate. Some people live in other countries. Please, stop hashtagging our words.
But only censor bad words. It is inappropriate.
And let's start thing off.
I have seen about safechats located in the help sections. And also in Privacy Policy. You may visit these sites here:

Whitelisted in under 13 and blacklisted in over 13.
Under 13 users have their safechat on and their privacy mode to keep them safe. In order to be friends with other players, you must know him or her, but cannot be friends to users who do not know.
Over 13 users will have their safechat off, they are more strict, have access to many features such as commenting an item, trading, and many others. But inappropriate stuff will still be hashtagged, even if you say a bad word.
Roblox would be less popular if this gets implemented, they would incentivize users who do not want safechat. But safechat is getting worse now, we did not speak an inappropriate word, but still gets hashtagged?!? Come on! The whole community is in big trouble if it has the safechat on.
More and more players and groups have safechats, but in the games in the scripts "FilteringEnabled", it would hashtag our whole posts like in the comments, chat, and forum posts. I am keeping an eye out to players.
(Note that I do help players, safechat is on, if we space it, it still gets on. I want to stop this hashtagging.)
EVIDENCES:
-People would get to have more and more safechats system, will make the community worse. More than 50% of the total players (as of January 1, 2017) are joined in 2016, the rest is 2015 and earlier. Many people have safechats on. But I do not have anything to stop this.
-More and more and more safechat troubles all over roblox, players will be forced to post in the Help section to stop safechat. Every word, any word, it gets hashtagged.
-Group members will start leaving if safechat gets worst. All I have seen in the group wall is some sort of hashtagging. FilteringEnabled is not acquired in groups, but in just games.
PROS AND CONS
Pros
-Increasing the players who join everyday.
-Popularity, quality, and the player rate of join should be increased.
-Developers, admins, and creators will no longer have their safechat on even if they are going to post.
-Reaching roblox to be the #1 once again in the U.S..
-Making the players more happy than ever before.
Cons
-Abusage of posting system.
-More and more inappropriate words just to get around the bad word filter.
-FilteringEnabled is gone, allowing players to say inappropriate words.
IN CONCLUSION
Allow the players to speak once again. Removal, fixing, or changing of the safechat might happen. Only censor bad words. And make roblox popular once again.
But this is a very long post. I will not be able to have a TL;DR section in this thread.

Let me do some grammatical corrections.
1. "evidence" in plural is "evidence", not "evidences".
2. Hashtagging is making a hashtag out of something, not replacing the word with number signs(A number sign itself is not a hashtag!)! I AM TRIGGERED, BECAUSE THIS ERROR IS SO FREQUENT! |

FilteringEnabled is also preventing hacks. I have seen some games that have like this since months ago. But for at least, the safechat is getting worse, now we cannot even say a word or something.
