1. Paul321321 -- he was buns in 2013 and early 2014 but he became #1 for a really longtime somehow
2. mopthefloor -- aim god in 2013, people will say he was only good because he disabled interp before other people did but that isn't true. he consistently beat bobo, me, and other people that had it disabled and were good at the time
3. me -- top rcler 2013 and 2014 and i also trained rclers like paul#### ### many others in CL, stopped RCLing with a 52-4 duel record
4. enigmapenguin -- good duelist but i've never seen or heard of him taking a match seriously, also he was buns in 2013 and 2014
5. agentgrua -- he was a meme but he was really good when he played and fought in a lot of important matches with WIJST
6. benbonez -- good aim and really good in game leader, called for every PSPMC match i personally attended and even though we lost map 1 of the WIJST match it had nothing to do with him
7. bobosaid -- he sucked bad in early 2013 but picked it up and was considered one of the best before he quit
8. ron -- really good and fought in a lot of matches
9. Sovietz -- really good aim but didn't have as much match experience as many of the other top 10ers or i'd call him top 5 for sure. definitely a better team player than EP but probably not as good prime vs prime
10. undefined_meme -- same as ron but kind of lived in paul's shadow in EL
