What if we can drive cars on Roblox on phone and tablet. E.g. Driving a car in prison life is impossible on phone and tablet.

On a serious note, if your issue is with ROBLOX's driving system being weird on mobile (rather than one made by the developer of the game), then I don't see why it can't get some attention. Support.

There is nothing wrong with playing on phone or tablet. But I am not allowed to play on PC because I use it for doing Homework.
