So if you haven't heard, parents recently have some issue with their kids being on ROBLOX since they didn't take the time to figure out that there's a chat feature. I have a fix for this, and it's pretty simple concept honestly. In parental controls there should be a way for the parent to disable their child from chatting. This includes site and in-game chat. With this should come a feature for developers to check if this setting is on or not on a player, so we can include it in our custom chat GUIs. That's about it. Not much more to say.

Should be separate for site and in game, since in game is way less harmless than site

Whatever works, I guess. As long as the parents can actually let their kids play without chat, and we can still make our custom chat GUIs.

I totally agree with this statement and I full support the idea. Just because their might be a very young player in the game dose not mean the rest of the players on Roblox need to struggle to chat with each other because of this outrageous censorship on the Roblox chat.
