I emailed Roblox support about the overly aggressive filtering bump of late, and after several back and forth emails (including them asking me for example words that were blocked), I got this as the official response: "We understand your frustration with this matter. However, please know that we are currently working on our filtering systems. Please continue to watch for further updates, as we are always working to improve the Roblox experience and resolve any current issues. We appreciate your patience. " So not sure if they are acknowledging there are some adjustments needed or just brushing me off. If any case it couldn't hurt if others emailed [email protected] and documented your issues with the new chat filters. My advice would be to be polite and send them specific examples of innocuous words or names that are now blocked that were not before.
