I think it's a bit extreme once it actually happened, and innocent people are definitely affected. But obama wasn't gonna do anything against ##### Good move donald. |

Interesting, but I find his exclusion of Saudi Arabia disturbing. They're the largest exporters of Wahhabism in the world and have had more nationals engage in ######### attacks against the US than the countries he has banned, combined. The fact his ban extends to those with green cards/visas (people in the process of becoming legal citizens/people allowed in the country, both of which have been issued before Trump's EO) is disconcerting. Haven't we already vetted them? Further, his claims that we'll give precedence to Syrian Christians seems to go against a certain First Amendment in the Constitution... |

its legit common sense what I'm saying, legit go on google and look up statistics of who causes the most crime
and if you say protesting doesnt do anything, our country was founded due to revolutions |

Looks like a federal judge has issued a stay on Trump's muslim ban, resulting in the release of those that have been detained under the executive order. |
|
|
Yep. Washington Times, Politico, and Fox have all confirmed that Federal Judge Ann Donnelly has issued a stay on Trump's Muslim ban, effectively delaying the executive order. Rightly so, I might add, seeing as the order is unconstitutional. |

makes sense
however it isn't targeting "muslims" it's targeting countries that are in chaos, it's difficult to see who's coming into the country if they're from a country that barely has a government or is in deep civil war.

Unconstitutional

It's interesting that the text of the executive order explicitly invokes 9/11, but excludes Saudi Arabia, home to 18/19 perpetrators of that terrible day. |

"I'm educated on this subject" Clearly not, the only basis of your argument was that whites commit more crime than Muslims. While true, you must account for the population of whites to Muslim, which is a lot more. Now to statistics, when the refuge crisis occurred nations which took in these refugees suffered higher crime rates, and still are to this day. In America, most Muslims want to live a peaceful life and coexist with other religion, in the Middle East however it is more radical, and threatening and assimilating into Western Culture is almost impossible. The Nations banned such as Syria, and Iraq have had more ########## and more people agreeing that bombing non-Muslims is justifiable, among other nations. You are clearly delusional and while you blame people for getting brain washed from news sites, you aren't any better. Trump has done right with this executive order, and hopefully countries like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are added. |

it's not necessarily unconstitutional to ban immigration from certain countries, spongi.
it is unconstitutional to ban/accept people on basis of religion though, and like false said, it's pretty scary that we are still allowing sauds into the united states when most terrorists hail from saudi arabia.
it almost suggests an ulterior motive. |
|
|
@False Whether it's constitutional or not is up for debate, but banning ########## or refuges from countries which produce ######### is dangerous, and no American Life should be wasted because of it. While all countries have ########## most come out of the middle east, and most Muslims are ########## But I agree on Saudi Arabia, a total failure by the Trump Admin. |

Do you honestly believe that Trump overlooked Saudi Arabia? That country alone has produced more attacks on the United States than the other 7 combined. A nation has a right to police its borders, but this is outrageous. We've already got one of the most complete vetting procedures in the world for our ########### what more do you want to add? What really upsets me is the fact that this ban applies to those holding green cards and work/student visas, who have *already* been vetted and permitted to enter the USA. |
