Problem: It is ridiculous and TS and DoT are arguing over who owns the HQ near VS. If this passes TS and DoT will be given EQUAL Ownership of the HQ meaning that they will share the HQ and not fight over who owns it. 50% for TS 50% for DoT. Resolved. Aye/Nay below

Nay. The city owns the HQ, not TS or DoT. If anything, DoT owns it because it was made for them in the first place, giving inferred (not actual) ownership of the building. Plus who cares? Most of the time, only HLS uses it for setting up patrols and criminals use it for hiding from cops. Unknown ATRer and pretty chill GFXer

RESOLVED: Tow Truck Service ALREADY, yet not a hq though, BUT ALREADY HAVE A SPAWN AREA. They can use that place since it is a large area and there car spawners and a caravan office. also. DOT shall have VS? - Simple.
