Attire:
You are not required to wear formal or professional, though we do want our Frappé MRs to dress appropriately. Failing to dress appropriately will lead to a warning, and then followed by a possible demotion. Here are a few things that we classify as inappropriate attire:
- Body hair t-shirts
- Shorts that are invisible with your package
- Religion-related clothing
Chat:
Grammar is to be used at all times! No matter if you're around your friends, or if you're "not on shift", you should still be using grammar.
Work Ethic:
Since you are working as a Frappé MR, work ethic is key. This means attending as many interviews and trainings as you can. While we do understand that you have a life outside of Frappé, you must try your best to be as active as possible. If you have to be gone from Frappé for a certain amount of time, put a notice with a HR and you will be excused for your inactivity. SAs can assist in interviews and trainings but ST+ may host them.
Behavior:
We understand that being a Frappé MR can be stressful at times or may somehow bring drama to your attention, but no matter what the situation is, you are to have respect towards all staff and customers. If you get in an argument, handle it appropriately and maturely. Do not act immature, immaturity makes both you and the group look unprofessional. Don't make crude jokes or make a joke referencing to past horrific events or bad events happening now.
Trollers:
If you happen to see a troller, ban them. You shouldn't approach them or give warnings, as that causes more attention, which then causes encouragement to continue.
Miscellaneous:
Admin abuse is not tolerated with any of our MR or HR staff members. Be diligent when using admin commands as using a wrong command can result in demotion or a warning depending on the level of harm it has caused. Use admin to only protect the cafe and people, not for your own enjoyment.
