So apparently Trump banned Muslims and other visa-holding refugees entry from the U.S. And although he does it so that America is a safer place, which he presumes this is the cause for most violent terror atacks A possible outcome of blocking entry of all muslims/most muslims and other people who're refugees and visa holders are that they'll migrate to other countries. The U.S. is most known as the magnet to where people go to to find a better life. If that one beacon of hope to other people is closed off to the world due to Trump, then these "Terrorists" and other refugees etc, (Trump closed off funding for refugee/sancutary cities) will have no place to go. They will migrate to other countries, but what will happen then? The rest of the world will most likely adopt a viewpoint similar to Trump, of isolationism and focusing on the safety protection of their own country, and they'll blame these refugees/terrorists of muslim faith for causing violence in their countries. Europe is already in a state of isolationism/nativism with Britain exiting the European Union and Frequent Terror atacks that ISIS ####s responsibility of. What I think will happen is most other countries will adopt a same policy as the U.S. and the world's countries will become very introverted and isolationistic Think of it this way: The U.S, the place where the entire world envies as the place where anyone and everyone can make it-the American dream. Now becomes a place where it cuts itself off from the rest of the world and becomes, in a way, selfish. Monkey see monkey do, the world's greatest role model, the "Policeman of the world", the country who saved the world from destruction (WWI, WWII, Vietnam War to stop Communism, The Cold War, The Korean war to save the democratic loving people of South Korea from the dictatorship of the North.) The country who loves freedom and liberty for everyone-takes its steps to becoming a thing it once fought so hard against. This is just my thoughts, feel free to share your thoughts with me as well. IM IN A LEAGUE OF LEGENDS GAME RN I WILL NOT RESPOND RIGHT AWAY!

The disenfranchised people of the world are not America's responsibility to look after. America has no obligation to take in potential terrorists

the EU is who has taken the brunt of the refugee crisis. the temporary halt in allowing immigration from the majority of the middle east to the US is aimed to be a preventative measure.

The ban is currently under stay from a federal court. The judicial branch has checked the executive branch, and the future of the order remains uncertain.

We don't want the ban to stop terrorists from entering the country, we want the ban to stop Muslims from immigrating. @Falsewarrior False, the court order is only a stay on the deportation of 2 men who were detained in New York. It's being misreported.

Saudi Arabia is too big of a trade partner. No one (seriously) expected the ban to affect Saudi Arabia. Most importantly, the ban is preventing Syrian migrants from entering the U.S

If you're going to cite 9/11 as the primary justification for the ban in your executive order, you might as well ban the nation where 18/19 of the perpetrators originated. Saudi Arabia is the largest exporter of wahhabism in the world. Surely the Saudi people are a greater risk to American security than a Syrian refugee, no? Especially if we're looking at the propensity of their respective regimes for ########### actions and support?

I think the situation could've been handled way more responsibly in respect to the rest of the world. Even though Trump stresses America first, it's never okay to label a group of people to a specific few, it's just not fair. But hey, at least we got a President that gets things done, no matter the outcome at least the ball is rolling instead of the infinite deadlock we call politics and compromise.

Yes, but the world doesn't work that way. This is the problem with you liberals, you expect more from the system than the system can provide. You're unable to think realistically because you read a situation through emotions and decide, "That's fair,". The case is however that Saudi Arabia is too important of a trade partner to be antagonized, while preventing third world emigrants from Muslim countries from entering the U.S is realistically attainable.

@assassin_lord Not American Citizens. Just green card holders from the 7 countries proscribed in the ban. And good, by the way.

What you have to consider @transcendant is that Muslims don't care about the "American dream." Just take a look at Europe for example. In France and Germany there are ####### Law patrols in Muslim ghettos. In the case of Germany these have even been ruled as constitutionally legal, and the police and justice departments refuse to accurately report on and prosecute migrant crime at the fear of being labeled ####### ##### is incompatible with democracy.
