Section I
All citizens have the right to bear, keep, and generally possess arms.
Section II
All citizens have the absolute unalienable right to form and cultivate a militia (with proper license from the state).
Section III
Militias may not obtain heavy weapons and or artillery without explicit permit from parliament.
Section IV
Treason will not be tolerated.
Section V
The military cannot be used during political affairs or turmoil, and may only side with the will of parliament, or the people in the event of parliamentarian corruption.
Section VI
The military answers directly to the Chancellor, unless deemed unnecessary by parliamentary vote.
Section V
In times of conflict, it is the legal duty of all militia civilian or otherwise, to take up arms in absolute defense of their homeland.
