Punishments must fall underneath public humiliation, permanent exile, pay-out exile, and temporary exile.
Section II
Murder is punishable by public humiliation and or permanent exile.
Section III
Theft is punishable by public humiliation, and or pay-out/temporary exile.
Section IV
Trespassing is punishable by pay-out exile.
Section V
Desertion from the military is punishable by permanent exile.
Section VI
Failure to comply with civil authorities can result in public humiliation.
Section VII
Any association with a criminal syndicate can lead to permanent/pay-out exile.
Section IX
Judiciary bias is illegal and is punishable by permanent exile and/or pay-out exile.
Section X
If the offense in question is within direct offense to any member of the aristocracy, or the governing political body of the nation, all punishments are applicable to the guilty party.
