[L] Ranks L ranks are promoted by either participating in a training, joint training, raid, or practice raid. It is relatively easy to go up each rank, as they are somewhat new to FCC. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [M] Ranks M ranks are not promoted by participating in trainings, raids, etc., but are promoted based on tasks and performance. Once they are promoted to [L] Sergeant, they have the ability to skip multiple M ranks based on if they complete these tasks. Here are the tasks required to be promoted: [M] Staff Sergeant - In either a raid or training, lead a squad successfully. The squad you are leading must at all times follow your commands and win. [M] Officer - In either a raid or training, strategically help plan out a team's positions and control points, bringing that team to victory. [M] Lieutenant - In either a raid or training, command your team into battle using a strong, impenetrable technique suitable enough for your team to win. [M] First Lieutenant - (Must have Lieutenant) In either a raid or training, take down the enemy team without them having a chance to catch up using a technique and plan of your choice. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [CiT] (Captain in Training) Ranks CiT ranks are only promoted based on the Captain Test and squad leadership (much like M ranks). [CiT] Junior Squad Leader - Have passed Lieutenant, proven to be a strong, leading soldier soldier, and have asked to apply for the Captain Test. [CiT] Squad Leader - Have passed First Lieutenant, proven to be a strong, leading soldier, and have asked to apply for the Captain Test. While in this rank, you can officially lead a squad in a raid without being a High Rank, or getting their permission. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [H] Ranks H ranks are the hardest to get promoted with. They must pass the Captain Test with a score of 90 or above, and they only have a chance to get promoted once a month (at the monthly HR exam), or they stay in their current rank. If they fail the exam, they will be demoted back to either Junior Squad Leader or Squad Leader. Another way to get promoted is the Captain Test. Here are the current requirements to get an H rank on the Captain Test: [H] Captain - 90 or above [H] Colonel - 93 or above [H] General - 97 or above ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [C] Ranks C ranks are only promoted by the Commander in Chief of FCC to outstanding soldiers. There is a maximum of 3 at Commanding Council. To get this rank, you must have passed General, have an extensive background, be an extremely well respected soldier, and have never failed FCC before.
