This thread will lay out the standard training outline that should be followed by all High Ranks, and Commanding Ranks, during training's. The following will explain how each training should be conducted. A link to each facility will be in the final section of this thread.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
|Rules|
A training must follow rules, for all ranks.
1] An hour notice must be given before hosting a training
2] Respect, Maturity, and Grammar are needed.
3] Only the host may use admin, unless allowed by the host or a Commanding Rank.
4] Co-hosting is no allowed unless it's a joint training with an allied group.
5] Admin Abuse is never allowed. This means donation perks, gears, music, ect.

|Standard Training|
This section of the thread will go over how training's should be conducted at FCC training facilities.
- A normal training should last for about an hour, if not more. High Ranks must give an hour or more notice on the group shout, before hosting a training.
1] The first stage of a training are obstacles. These come first to get our members warmed up for agility and awareness, as obstacles can be difficult. Every member of the training must complete each obstacle course. Encourage every trainee, and perform "races" to push their limits above and beyond.
2] The second stage of training will work with swords. Explain each trainee important tips, and ideas for sword combat. Demonstrate each topic you present on swords to your trainees. After wards, perform tournaments and free for all rounds.
3] The third stage of training is the use of ranged weapons. Like sword combat, explain to your group tips, and tactical uses for the weapon. Perform team death matches, and free for all, as you would with sword combat.
4] The fourth stage of training should be disciplinary training, to ensure your trainee's don't fall out of line. Perform drills, and line formations. Remind your trainee's the "Five Promotional Achievement" traits, which are; Grammar, Respect, Maturity, Combat, and Leadership. Ensure your trainee's remember those five traits.
5] The fifth stage of training should be tactical training, going over orders, that higher ranks would use during raids or defenses. Focus on covering fire, moving forward to cover, defending positions, and capturing positions.
6] The final stage of training is a conclusion, dealing with any promotions and the pro's and cons of the training.
Before handing promotions, remember that [L] low ranks may be promoted if they show the first three "Promotional Achievement" traits, which are; Grammar, Respect, and Maturity. If an [M] middle rank is to be promoted, they must have shown all "Five Promotional Achievement" traits, which are; Grammar, Respect, Maturity, Combat, and Leadership.
Do not go easy with promotions. Not everyone should get them. Middle ranks must show absolute dedication to the group, as they may become [H] High ranks in the future.
Should no one receive a promotion, and this can happen often, remind your trainee's why they did not receive a promotion in a blunt way. Then explain how they may improve the next time to receive one.

We seek only the best members for our group, follow this outline for your training's as your High Rank duties require it.
