I would like to request a judicial review on A Bill to Illegalize Jaywalking, specifically in regards to whether or not being in a vehicle on a road, whether it is in motion or at rest, is considered obstructing, walking on the sidewalk is considered obstruction, and whether or not other driving laws are nullified because of this law.

The Rockport Supreme Court found that being in a vehicle on a road, whether it is in motion or at rest, and walking on the sidewalk is not considered obstruction. The Rockport Supreme Court also found that other driving laws are not nullified because of this law. The vote on this action was 0-3-1.
