Regarding my demotion and my leave of First Encounter Assault Recon.
Around a month ago, I was given the opportunity to work alongside Vanguard to create a guarding unit for the use of the group.
Unfortunately, the Director was extremely inactive during this time, and putting work into the division effectively and quickly was overly difficult.
After creating the guarding system requested by the high command, Blandue and others called my work “useless” and “worthless”, even though they are the ones who requested me to create a guard unit.
I have been mocked and humiliated by Blandue and others for doing the very thing they assigned me to do.
Then, after doing the director's work for him, they give the group to someone else who has done nothing for the division, someone who has been an Officer for less than two weeks.
I'm unqualified, except I've ran vanguard from a meager ranking position within it.
If I can get mocked and tormented about my work without any punishment to Blandue, who has demoted me before for the exact same thing, then I'm not sticking around while he continues to call my work trash.
Do something about this.
Not dealing with this unjust behavior.

If you really wanted Vanguard to succeed, you would allow it to run under someone else and not just purely yourself.

This is no longer about Vanguard succeeding. This is about the excessive mockery I've been given by Blandue and others who told me to create a guarding unit.

Vangaurd was given to a Director who was only an Officer for about two weeks and an Ex-2IC several times. Ace is qualified, and you're wrong for not giving him a chance. Plain and simple. |

Vanguard was given to someone who's past is apparently far more important than the future that I gave to the guard.
While you and other High Command members laughed at me in the background for this.

scilz would hate on most decisions fear has done but roy its inno's rf now so you're going to have to deal with it. scilz couldn't have done anything since he lead RF as a major though lol.
