You will begin by gathering the MRs and HRs behind the counter. Once the time is right, you will lock the server. Then, you will explain what happens. Try to say something like this, and make yourself very clear.
"Hello! Welcome to the Yummy's Trainings! You will begin to line up in front of the counter, then our MRs/HRs will order something from you! If you get three out of five orders correct, you become a Junior Barista. Five out of five, and you become a Barista."
