Protocols of the UNSC Army: January 30th, 2017
[ENLISTMENT]
The UNSC Army is open enlistment, but you are subject to exile at any time if an HR does not feel that you are fit for the division. If exiled, you will need to apply for another division or wait and apply for Army again. Note that you have to wait 7 days after being exiled from the Army to apply again, and although that the Army is open enlistment for first time applicants, if you are re-apply after a dishonorable discharge you will have to undergo an application process where you will submit a document via Google Docs, and it will be reviewed by an HR. If an HR feels you are fit to re-enlist, your group request will be accepted and you will be ranked at the lowest level. If you are exiled a second time, you will not be allowed to re-join unless offered a position by an Army HR.
[OUR MISSION]
All soldiers in the UNSC Army will undergo rigorous training and be expected to behave at a superior level. This means knowing your faces, not talking when PTS is in effect, and obeying orders. I understand that the Army is not usually viewed as a highly superior division such as the Marine Corps or the ODST, but I expect my troops to be well trained and fearfully disciplined. The problem that you see with most UNSC Army’s as that people are allowed in and then begin running around like headless chickens. I will run a tight group and try to develop a strong sense of community.
[OFFICERS]
I am currently seeking a strong experienced staff to serve alongside me as Officers. My team will be hand-picked for the most part, but there is a Google Doc’s form here if you’d like to apply for an HR position, I will review it and perhaps clear it, after speaking to you in person. REPLACE THE * WITH PERIODS.
