Hello, many of you know me as Culln6soccer6. Today is a time where I never thought that I would actually be sending this letter, but I guess thoughts turn into a reality. In these next few paragraphs, I will explain my reasoning and talk about some of my past accomplishments in Alaska. I joined Alaska State Troopers in July of 2016, which was at first only reasoning because I talked to the Commissioner J_Stocking (8HORSES) about opening and establishing the Division of Homeland Security. At first, I didn’t know anyone, and not many people were fond of me, and not many still are. I began to rise through ranks i believe in October, when I was first promoted to Assistant Commissioner. I then went to the rank of Senior Assistant Commissioner in November after the loss of HICOMM Members. Many know that I ran for Deputy Commissioner in Charge on the count of 2 times, but fell each. I decided that I would just stay the rank I am, it has been a very good run for me in Alaska State Troopers. In Homeland Security, I honestly don’t believe that I did my best job. I managed to have an overall good run, but failed in other aspects such as hiring and training agents. I managed to establish a capital that Homeland Security would be able to protect. I will now be handing the rank of Secretary of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, to a close friend and the person that probably deserves the most, USMarine1717. USMarine1717 has been my Second Secretary for a long time now, and I think it's well deserved that he receives this rank. I know that he will probably do better than I did. I was accepted to the Division of Internal Affairs in November of 2016, at the time all seemed new to me and It seemed as if I was looking at things for the first time. I quickly rose through the ranks and eventually became Head Investigator. It wasn't until early december when HR reforms came out, and iiTheAlaskanPhD was relieved of his duty as the Director of Homeland Security, and I was given the position. Early this year the position was changed to Secretary, which I took position of. I feel that majority of my work in Alaska was done in the Division of Internal Affairs. From helping new policies being made to also cracking down on some of the biggest investigations in Alaska. This position for the person that I think should take my place was a very tough decision, and actually took me a while to look at the history. I would like to Appoint, USMarine1717, the position of Secretary of Internal Affairs, and Shadeis4 as the Director of Internal Affairs. Reading this now you are probably asking, what is the reason for his resignation. Many of you don’t know, but I am currently a junior in High School at a Military Academy, Master Drill Sergeant, Army Scout Ranger. Although this really has nothing to do with the fact. I also have a job as a lifeguard which I see that I need to start focusing more on my actual life, and start thinking about the future. As I get closer to my senior of High School, I’ve received scholarship offers from many Colleges, 2 of which have offered me full rides, with athletic scholarship. I also play Academy Soccer which is what take up a lot of my time. Also being the fact that I would really like to focus on my last two years before College. I’m really gonna miss this group from the bottom of my heart as I’ve actually learned a lot from this group. I’ve learned that people can actually be really good friends, here are some of the people that I’m leaving behind that I actually become good friends with. J_Stocking- Wow, what a ride it has been, from being yelled at to actually becoming friends with you, some don’t know but you and I are actually Ex’s, and yet we still remained friends. Look, I'm happy that I could work under your command, and I know that you’ll continue to do great, I hope that we can stay in touch. USMarine1717- Oh buddy, you are like a second brother to me. I always was able to look to you when I need help. Probably the best assistant I’ve ever had. You’ve always been a great trooper and I know you’ll continue to do good under the new positions of Command. I really do hope that you and me stay in touch and that we can still talk to each other. To others that feel like they should have been mentioned, just know that I’m going to miss everyone. This group has played a big role on my life, but it’s time to come to an end. Those that have my skype and maybe even my phone number can remain in touch with me, as I hope I can remain in touch with everyone. Maybe one day I can return when I get my life straightened out, but for now I really need a break to figure out the rest of my life and get it all sorted. One day I can return and reunite with you guys, but that won’t be now. I will be resigning on February 21st. As of now, this is a goodbye from me to you, I wish all of you the best of luck in what happens in Alaska State Troopers, heck it might be better than before after I’m gone. Sorry about how long this is and I appreciate it if you actually read to the end of this, so long everyone, it's been a great ride with all of you, bye! Signed- Cullen6soccer6 Former Senior Assistant Commissioner Former Secretary of Homeland Security Former Secretary of Internal Affairs Former President of the State of Alaska Really gonna miss all of you guys!
