Anyone remember when david said users would maybe someday be able to make their own accessories/hats? What happened to that idea?

Heyyy I remember that. I don't see anything wrong with this, except users could make very large obnoxious and just plain spam... but if we maybe had a mod approve of it, thatd be nice.
