Hello, this is the training guide for MRs/HRs this is for hosts/co-hosts/shadows. Please take this information into your mind as it's really useful.
Host: Your role of a host for training is to make sure you have done the introductions of everyone (MRS and HRS) Check if everyone has shadows & 1-4 trainers also have done trivia/rules and grouped people.
Host What to do during training: firstly you shout saying
[Trainings] S-locked good luck trainees. [QOTD] [a qotd]
After you done the shadows and trainers, you activate PTS (PTS is permission to speak). Then this is the order of how training's start; introduction of MRs/HRs, rules, trivia and group people to trainers.
Once you finished the host must promote the people who have pass training then say ":sm Head to the cafe to enjoy your time!"
Co-host:
the role of being a Co-Host is assisting the host in all ways possible and help him/her do everything to successfully complete a training session.
Roles of Co-Host: Can say rules/trivia, helps host group and train people.
Trainers: Trainers train trainees or LRs for their next rank
Roles of trainer: They must firstly ask them to line up nicely behind counters, and first thing they say is their greetings then a grammar sentence eg "i wnt 2 wrk @ tasteies cafe" afterwards say 3 untimed orders and 2 timed orders 1-3 untimed 4-5 timed.
Shadows: Shadows help the trainers train LRs
Role of Shadows: They help give out the orders to the trainees and assist the trainer while training.
Training Rules:
1. You must always use grammar
2. Always listen to people who are higher ranks than you
3 if you're caught disrespecting ANY rank you'll have a chance to be demoted.
4. During training please refrain from going AFK.
5. If you get demoted for any reason please refrain from arguing
Trivia:
1. How do I make an iced mocha | Answer: Iced mocha = Mocha + Ice
2.What does this recipe make: Cup + Milk + Espresso machine | Answer: Cappuccino
3.What are the three things ALL staff members should have? | Answer: Maturity, grammar, and kindness.
4. can you explain to a noob (Myself), how to make an americano | Answer: "Follow this recipe and you should have one Cup + Espresso machine + Ice"
5. If someone came up to you trolling say "Gimme all da food and money" what would you do? | answer: You should never deal with a troller unless you're in the Tastiés Security and know what you're doing or just get an MR or HR
