Parental controls app?

I was thinking for the under 13 users: Parents could login to their child's account through a parental controls app (kinda like parent accounts). It needs a passcode so the child can't get in. They can decide if they can chat at all instead of free chat so that can get rid of some of the issues. They can turn off parties etc. They can also look at the games and decide which games they can play because some of them are let's just say more gore-y than others so the parents can look at the game and decide if they can play it also if you say no support, please say your reasons because if you don't I'll just assume your a kid that's under 13 and you don't want your privileges taken away. tbh this community complains about everything.
