At Bruin, we host interview sessions so that our Customers have a chance at getting a job here, to make this go smoothly, here is a guide that should be open at all times either if you're an assistant, host or co-host you need to have this open.
Staff should begin arriving approximately 1 hour before the session begins, this is so we can plan what roles people will be having and answering any questions that staff have. (The server will S-locked at this time)
30 minutes before the session begins, we will un Slock the server so Customers can join.
The host must also put a shout out saying;
[Interviews] Hosted by [NAME] | Starting in 30 minutes, head on down for a possible job!
Then as customers join, 4 assistants should go into the lobby to answer any questions the customers have and make sure that they are ok and are ready for the interviews.
Next up, when the session begins the host should Slock the server and put a shout out:
[Interviews] Hosted by [NAME] | The server is now locked and Customers may not join the server at this time.
After the server has been S-locked, you can begin.
You should start off by saying
Welcome to the Bruin Interview Session, please welcome, my staff!
[Staff will walk out with the host leading]

Hello there, welcome to Bruin Interviews I'm your host [NAME] and I'm also joined by the Co-Host for this session [NAME]
First of all, we must go over some simple rules, please listen carefully as this is important information
1) If you need to go AFK or have a question please say -Raises Hand- and somebody will come over to answer your question.
2) Please don't argue with our staff, be aware that they have taken time out of their day to be here.
3) If you do fail today, please be sure to try again another time, don't be afraid of failing.
4) If you do have Safechat, you can't work here. If you're kicked because you have Safechat, please don't complain
That was our Rules for this session
Now, our staff members will come around, when they stand in front of you, please say 'c7rn'.
--Wait for the Safechat test to be completed--
Okay, it's almost time to begin, interviewers to your offices.
Please make sure to stay seated at all times unless further instructed.
And now, let the interviews begin.
--The Host and Co-host will then begin TP'ing Customers to the Interviewers' offices, make sure that there is a Manager+ in the passers room to rank all passers!--
After the session
After the session there should be no more Customers in the game, when the server has no customers, you must report back to the staff room. Do NOT leave the game as the Host and Co-Host will be there and will be reporting back about the session and if it went well or not.
The Host of the Session should also put a shout out saying:
[Interviews] Hosted by [NAME] | Concluded, congratulations to all of our new Staff Members
