WHY IS ZOOMING IN AND OUT GONE IN GAME??!!

No you don't understand i did that but it still won't let me zoom in or out in any game at all, i tried from UD all the way to streets games and it still didn't allow me to zoom in or out at all. 🐎🤠Pest Of The West🐎🤠

What worked for me is I just restarted my computer. Kapeesh!
