1. You should wait 10-15 minutes before locking the server. Have customers wait in the chairs in the lobby and answer questions if they have any. You also want to make sure you have no more than 4 interviewers before locking the server and establish what the intro order is and who is doing rules and promoting the passers.
2. You will now lock the server by saying “slock on”. And stand STS in front of the white lines with the other admins. You should have security stand STS behind the admins. You should also put PTS in effect
EXAMPLE: sm PTS is now in effect, talking without permission will get you kicked. PTS = Permission To Speak
3. Now you will start your introductions. Introductions should go as, Host - Co Host - Interviewer #1 - Interviewer #2 - And any supervisors present.
4. Now the assigned person to start rules will begin going down the rules.
5. Once rules are finished, you will now let admins pick who they want to interview and also use ‘sm’ to announce this.
EXAMPLE: sm Interviewers may now begin.
6. Once everyone has finished interviewing and all passers have been promoted you can shutdown the server.
