At 10:00 PM EST, both parties met at the courthouse regarding a court case filed by iMystical_Aviator. At 10:10 PM EST, Justice ChefBuckeye called the court into session. The prosecutor, iMystical_Aviator, had filed charges on LordKarkat due to murder, attempted murder, and abuse of revolver. The defendant later requested charges of perjury to be added on side of iMystical. The defendant, LordKarkat, had claimed his religion as part of the "a Bill to Promote Belief" had the right to practice their religion in accordance with "a Bill to Promote Belief." The defendant requested perjury charges to be filed against the prosecutor as claiming fake laws were broken. After careful review, this is what I have discovered. In terms of the defendant claiming his religion as part of the "a Bill to Promote Belief," it must be approved by the State of Rockport Congress, under recognition, no name that he had sourced had been approved of. Additionally, the defendant claimed the only crime that had been committed in the video provided was murder. In order for his religion to be recognized, no crime can be endorsed as according to "a Bill to Promote Belief" as such would defy BoR.I.IV. In such, murder would still be punishable even though his religion had stated it was allowed. BoR.I.IV states that "All Citizens have the right to choose their religion without any government interference. The separation between Church and State shall be implemented and prosecution for belonging to a specified religion entity shall be prohibited. Should a religion endorse crime, or any other means of mayhem, it will still be considered breaking the law, and consequences will be administered." Under such, he is and was still allowed to choose his religion, but committing such crime as part of his religion is not an exemption from the law. Under such, the verdict. LordKarkat, the defendant, shall be found guilty of murder as he receives no exemption from committing such a crime. The defendant did disrespect the judge when required needed to leave due to time restrictions and the defendant wanted to remain for the rest of the case. Under such, the defendant is also charged with contempt of court. The perjury charges regarding such are dismissed as since all of the charges are valid against the defendant. The defendant had requested contempt of court for the prosecutor telling the defendant to "sit down," under such, by the judgment of the judge, such was a request. The defendant shall be sentenced to as follows, be sentenced to 14 days as C/PoT for contempt of court and murder. After the 6th day, the defendant may request a date and time to meet in regards of being released early after agreeing to follow certain terms of being released for the remainder of the sentenced time. May I rest my hand on this case, District Justice #2, ChefBuckeye.
