Shouldn't ROBLOX just make filtering chat enabled for -13 or -18 players? And any account below that age has the ROBLOX hashtag filter on it? Meanwhile any account above that age has filtering disabled? Or they need a confirmation from E-mail AND the age thing to be able to speak like that? I think this is the only reasonable thing really, so under-aged users can't see anything bad, but above-age users can.
