With the power invested in me by Basic Law: The Administrative System (2017), I hereby order the following of the Administrative Branch to be legally binding and required.
(a) The Board of Appeals will be established under the Administrative System
(b) The Board of Appeals will be headed by the Lead Developer
(c) In case of absence, the Board of Appeals will be headed by the C4i Chief Teleprocessing Officer
(d) The head of the Board of Appeals may select individuals to sit on the board.
(e) The Board of Appeals must hear all cases of appeals for bans set on Israeli games
(f) The Lead Developer may instruct the board of appeals not to hear an individual case.
(g) Each case shall be heard by a bench of 3 members of the Board of Appeals
(h) The most senior member will preside over the case.
(i) The bench must make a decision on whether the ban should be lifted or not unanimously
(j) If the bench cannot make a unanimous decision, the case will be heard by the Chief Teleprocessing Officer, the Lead Developer and the Group Owner
(k) In the case of a vacancy, the Group Owner may select a replacement for this case only.
Of this sort, a unanimous decision by these three individuals may not be overturned.
THIS ORDER IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
