It's important to me
So obviously I've been reasonably recruiting through C&G trying to find good SFers and veterans of NF from 2015.
I've said it nicely I've said it rudely still either way treated like sheet.
So my question; what can I do to improve myself and Noble Federacy? The group description defeated list in want inspected it was left previously. The fort and training place is temporary while I'm making my own. I just have them so I have somewhere for my people to train and experience a defend.
So yea any constructive criticism appreciated. No hate please. |

C&G used to hate me alot because I PM botted mainstream power clans (VAK, VOID and SF) multiple times (xd)
they've mostly forgiven me by now, but took a while for it to blow over |

there are a lot of things to be said
where to begin
hate the logo. find an actual symbol to represent and distinguish your group's brand.
shorten the description. plenty of unnecessary fluff. when i read through it, i dont see anything unique. consider adding something that differentiates the group that you can then brag about in the group description. because right now it's rather unconvincing.
"Rules & Regulations" are not composed in a mature fashion. it looks like it was written by someone desperately trying to control others. right now your group is rather small, so if you go around exiling valuable members for messing around then you won't be able to replace them.
"Punishment Guidelines" are fine.
"Shouting Guidelines" need not exist. makes things more convoluted for no reason. if you're raiding just say you're raiding. is that really so difficult?
the uniform is gross. just putting that out there. might benefit from getting a uniform with a little more contrast.
so that's the group. what about YOU? well i dont know you that well. just looking at this thread it looks like you're being defensive. arguing with forumers does not improve your image, even if you're right and the other party is wrong. if you're such a nice guy, why are you accusing people of exploiting your "kindness"? why are you claiming to be a better SFer than the participants of this thread?
and we get it. you don't like being hated on. no one does. putting your insecurities into this thread makes you look soft-skinned. that's not the kind of trait we're looking for in a leader. |
