What's with the innocent games being put under review?

Exploiters, Hackers, & no chat filter 2/3 of them are out of control of the dev and the third gets their games shut down even if they have the filter enabled. Classy. Rest in spaghetti, never forgetti

To add on, I also believe it's done if they feel the game breaks rules (aka, if people report it a ton), or if there's a copyright concern - Such as the game being a mirror of X, Y or Z with them receiving a cease and desist.
