Rules:
1) Always use grammar and if you have more than three grammar mistakes you will automatically fail.
2) Always respect your fellow Robloxians and HRs, if you do not respect them you will be kicked from Interviews.
3) Wait patiently to be interviewed.
4) If you say anything about you going next in the Interviews then you will automatically go last, no questions asked.
5) You will not be given a time limit, but you need to answer before 2 minutes or you will be kicked.
6) Please do not argue if you do not pass, it will just create more drama.
Employee rules: (Do /m staff for these rules)
1) Always base interviews on grammar and their answers.
2) If they fail please calm them down if they are being crazy. IF they continue kick them for being rude.
3) If you fail a person who had to pass there will be consequences.
YOU MUST SAY THIS!: After you have passed please go to the cafe when the interview session has ended! If you don't go you can attend other training sessions. You must go to the training or else you will never work here. c:
YOU MUST ALSO SAY THIS TO EVERYONE!: Staff, to your interview rooms once you have chosen a person.
How to deal with a troller:
1) Tell them politely to stop if they do not comply then simply ignore them.
2) If they continue to bother people and yourself, give them warnings. (Remember to list the reason why you are giving them warnings. Ex. Warning 1: Trolling)
3) After three warnings alert an HR if they are present or report them in the group wall.
4) Make sure you do not yell at them or use foul language because that will also result in you getting a warning as well.
Rules of Conduct: (This applies at the Cafe and Interviews)
1) Always wear your uniform.
2) Always use grammar.
3) Make sure you are polite to customers and your fellow staff members.
4) Do not use foul language, if you use foul language then you will get a warning.
5) Make sure you have an intro ready. Ex. Hello! Welcome to Yum Burger Cafe! How may I help you today?
6) Always remember the customer's order and if you cannot remember it, then simply write it down, there is nothing wrong with doing that.
7) Do not take too long to type and also if you are AFK then go somewhere where you cannot be contacted or just let people know.

Q3) Have you had any past experience with jobs? If so tell us where.
Q4) How would you treat fellow employees and customers?
Q5 )How will you react if an HR+ joins the server?
Q6) What do you do if someone is trolling?
Q7) How active are you from a scale of 1 to 10?
Q8) On a scale of 1-10, how good is your grammar?
Q9) How do you deal with an immature employee?
Q10) Would you understand if you fail the interview?
