Some one in a thread said this as a reply, it was "C4NF0R". Now I thought his idea is good so I'm reposting it for him.
Here is a copy paste of what he said.

If you ask me, there should be a huge filter for under 13 accounts, and then only a vulgarity filter for 13+ accounts. Or, ROBLOX should stop marketing for 13 year olds. No 13 year old makes decent content on this game."
