Imagine, if you will — a more citizen involved and stabilized Los Angeles. I’d like for you to picture it in your mind. It’s not as hard to do as you'd think, all you need are leaders who are devoted and determined to make it happen, and we’re those men. We have many plans and ideas when it comes to improving Los Angeles, from improving our current departments, all the way down to focusing more on Congress and the opinions of the citizens.
AlexOConner- Greetings fellow citizens of United States Of America. As you must be aware, I am running for the position of Governor alongside my partner bobthebob101mom. The Governor, A governor is, in most cases, a public official with the power to govern the executive branch of a non-sovereign or sub-national level of government, ranking under the head of state. In federations, the governor may be the title of a politician who governs a constituent state and may be either appointed or elected. During this remarkable journey I have gained extensive knowledge about how not to just serve the people, but to do my job well. I visit our cities and actively participate in events, which gives me a unique perspective on the problems and issues that plague our state. While serving as a citizen, Although relatively known to our state compared to some other candidates, I and my partner are prepared for the job, prepared to have an amazing term during our administration. In conclusion, let LA be LA again, and make the right choice.
bobthebob101mom- Hello, citizens of Los Angeles. As you know, I am running for the position of Lieutenant Governor alongside AlexOConner. In most cases, the lieutenant governor is the highest officer of state after the governor, standing in for that officer when he or she is absent from the state or temporarily incapacitated. In the event a governor dies, resigns or is removed from office, the lieutenant governor typically becomes governor. As a citizen of Los Angeles, along with the way I have gained superior knowledge of the position and how it works in the Executive Branch. I visit our cities and other Los Angeles affiliated places frequently, and I tend to notice the problems we have within our State, and with the Government, we can fix these problems by passing the appropriate bills to fix these cracks in our State. Next, the Governor is responsible for approving selected officials for positions. The Government and I will only approve of experienced candidates for each rank, to improve our Departments and LA altogether. In my time in LA, Therefore, I am knowledgeable about our many departments and I plan to assist the Governor in running them smoothly throughout our term. In conclusion, let LA be LA again, and make the right choice.
In continuation, over our time in LA, we have noticed many problems, and this is how we plan to fix them. At first, we plan to select a few people for our new administration. We will do this to ensure that the Departments who are in the worst shape and need good leadership, will obtain experienced Department heads who know how to do their job correctly and efficiently. The rest of the positions will be elected by you, the citizens; We are doing this to ensure that you get a voice in who you want to lead your Departments. In addition to improving LA departments, we plan to increase the number of Congressional sessions through executive action; in which the Congress will be enabled to present and deliberate on more pieces of legislation than in previous administrations, amplifying the voice of the citizens. Our administration, especially Governor Candidate AlexOConner, will only sign bills into law which help the state and resemble the voice of the people. In accordance with our past conflicts, we plan to improve the Department of Homeland Security by introducing a new entry method; not only will the citizens have to pass a tryout, but they will also have to complete a written test to prove they are ready to join the Department. This is important because HLS protects our Capitol, all government property, and it’s officials; so those who enter the Department will need to be qualified. To remedy the current issues between USMC and HLS, we plan to introduce legislation; we would present this to Congress to prevent future conflicts between HLS and The USMC, to let LA be LA and LAFR be LAFR. Of course, we have a much larger agenda for LA than can be outlined here, an agenda based around the citizens, for the citizens. So, let LA be LAagain, and make the right choice.
In conclusion, we chose to run for office this term because our experience within the different branches has taught us that above all else, that we must focus on the citizens; to ever bring LA to the peak of it’s potential. Throughout the last few terms, the citizen's voice was often ignored or disregarded. We will ensure that the citizens of our Republic are not left out nor ignored. We will amplify the people's voice in Congress, and ensure that their ideas are introduced to the Senate and the House of Representatives. We will ensure that our Departments are run efficiently and correctly to prevent any further conflict or misconduct in the cities. And last but not least, we will strive to develop a better working relationship with our police force to truly unite our Republic under one flag and one banner.
