Hello! You are probably viewing this post because you are a Legate that's about to take his/her High Rank Test! These Guidelines will include EVERYTHING you will need to know about being a High Rank. Whether it's your duties or responsibilities, to rules and information. Being a HR requires you to be mature at ALL TIMES and the usage of grammar is also expected.

Since you have are almost a HR, you will need to learn all of the Rules that you have to follow. Perhaps you don't know if you can do something within discord to somebody? Perhaps you don't know some rules? It's all here.

.Do not abuse any permissions given to you
.Do not demote anybody without permission from one of the Commanders
.Do not auto-promote people
.Do not give out any "free" promotions
.Do not let other ranks bribe you for promotions
.Do not overshout(shouting 3x in a row under an hour)
.Always use grammar and punctuation on the Group Wall

Once you reach the rank of Prime, you are permitted to host trainings at certain times, this Guide will include everything you will need to know about hosting trainings.
"Trainings" are events hosted by HRs where you participate in a variety of activities to improve your skill in fighting. During Training, fun events are hosed such as Obbies and other fun activities. Some Skill-Based Activities are listed here; Free For All, Sword Fighting Tournament Gun Fighting Tournament.
HRs that lead Trainings are called "Trainers"

/:Before The Training Starts:\
Before you host a training, there must be a wait of an hour+ before you host.
You will have to post on announcements and on the group-shout.
The shout-tag for a training is TRN-
In your shout/announcement, you must include the following;
.Link to the Training Facility
.Date and Time
.Shout-Tag
.You may use your own dialog in the shout/announcement
Example;
TRN- At 6:00PM GMT, 1/12/15, https://www.roblox.com/games/567168458/Diablo-Dominatus-Training-Facility.
You MUST be at the Training Facility 15 minutes before the actual training starts.
15 minutes before the training starts, post on the GroupShout and Discord the following;
(In this you may use your own dialog, once again.
TRN- Start heading to the Facility! https://www.roblox.com/games/567168458/Diablo-Dominatus-Training-Facility.

Once you have started the training, you must host these events. You don't have to host them in-order.
A training should include;
.FFA x2 (SWORD)
.FFA x2 (GUN)
.SFT x2
.GFT x2
.OBBIES X3
.FACES X1
.COMMANDS X1

Once you have finished hosting an event give one-two credits to the person who won depending on how many people participated, if there was a-lot of people then give 3 credits, if there isn't that much people then give 1 credit.

At the end of the Training you have to check people's credits for promotions.
You must read both the LR Guidelines and MR Guidelines to know if he/she can be promoted. You must check everything they need to do to get promoted to their next rank.
You must go on Group Admin and search their name to promote them.

.Be recommended by both the Commanders and one Centurion

.Be one of the MOST active people

These ranks are chosen by the Commanders and are hand-picked.
Every month, there are HR Reforms where if you have completed your targets, you get promoted. If you did not complete ANY targets, you get demoted.
