[NUSA] Court Order Concerning Senator Sebmm

IN THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL COURTS, INJUNCTION CONCERNING Sebmm Whereas Sebmm is currently a Senator for NUSA and currently is in another USA. Prospective group can be found here: https://www.roblox.com/groups/group.aspx?gid=2760109 Whereas this is explicitly and very blatantly against the Constitution, in more specifics Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the Constitution, which states the following: "3. No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state." The following is ordered: Sebmm resign from his position as Senator in NUSA or resign from his positions in the foreign USA. The aforestated invidiuals have approximately 48 hours after this order has been issued to comply fully with the contents of this order or a contempt citation can follow at the discretion of the Court. @King No actually, the One USA Act declared NUSA as the ONLY USA (Yes, for real.) And it stated that any other USA's are foreign to USA. Therefore, the USA Senator Sebmm is in, is a foreign state to NUSA. That's why it counts as breaking the Constitution.

@Qolio At this time I would like to point out that there is no NUSA working Constitution so what you are saying is void. ## well ## NUSA is recognized ## the official United States, so any other USAs can not be recognized ## # real nation which would make what you are saying once again void.
