Why The Thumbnail Update is Flawed

I actually really like the idea of the thumbnail update, it can help reduce the inappropriate games, but there are flaws that I would like to see fixed: - Don't put thumbnails on games made before the update was released, because there are old games that don't get updated, but still have a playerbase. If a thumbnail is put on the game, it would mislead players. - Make a thumbnail for each genre of a game, for instance, a horror game would have an eerie themed thumbnail, and an action game would have an action themed thumbnail. So those are my suggestions for the thumbnail update, just giving info for things I would like to see changed about this update.

I agree. I also identify which game is which by using the thumbnail, so it is a bit of an inconvenience for me. It does somewhat stop click-baiting however, or at least they have to pay for it.
