I cant join games

Everytime I join a game the world would load up and everything but like 3 seconds later it would always shut down plz help roblox is like the only game i play lol

Try uninstalling Roblox then re-download it. If that doesn't work, try using a different internet browser

I play ROBLOX on an iPad and I have already deleted and re-installed it many times but this problem will not stop.
