MacDonald's Team Addition Bill
Section 1.
A) MacDonald's will gain a team in LV.
B) A MacDonald's building will be built between BoA and the Hospital.
C) It will be within walking distance of BoA
D) It will have a robbery feature where you can lockpick the cash register for 1k$-2k$
E) There will be an ATM outside of MacDonald's
Section 2. [REASONING]
A) It is currently approved by SecDoC&L
B) It has 50+ members and has an active discord channel
C) Robbery features typically make a store more active in LV and not a waste. It's seen in both BoA and GNC.

Nay.
1) No tools were stated, so I'm gonna assume that they are gonna get nothing.
2) No group link, so I don't know what group your exactly talking about, so tbh this might even break council rules.
3) The robbery idea is horrible because there are already 2 banks that give at least 3x more money than this, not to mention it will be closer to tons more cops, aka robbers will be arrested before they know it and won't have a fighting chance. Especially since its going to be in walking distance from BoA.
4) They didn't PM any councilor a contract (See city-business agreement bill)
I suggest you revise it and redo everything.

"macdonalds" is literally a copy of mcdonalds no matter WHAT you say.
ALSO, they mass hire people just to get members so they can get a team in lv.

Just because it is approved by SECDOCAL does not mean it is DOCAL approved. We have a process that every business has to go through to get approved so that you don't have the secretary only adding businesses they want in. East knows the process and would say the same thing I am saying. "MacDonald's", by ruling of pauljkl would not be allowed to be added because it is not DOCAL official. |

I'm also going to clarify, east was confused about the way DOCAL worked last term so he didn't realize that it wasn't just him deciding that a business was implemented. He and I have talked and until DOCAL has gone through the process with MacDonald's, they should not be voted on at all. |

Ok. First off, theres a difference between having the right to bear arms and having the city hand out easily abusable weapons to most likely unqualified people. I have seem some federal employees who can't use a spike strip properly, so how am I going to trust a private business that hires any and all federal employees, has a janitors division, and isn't even approved by DoCL.
Secondly, I gave the proposer of this bill lots of time and my advi## as to what needed to be changed to make this bill better, and yet this bill becomes more and more horrid per change.
The difference between Vegas Chicken and MacDonalds (which by the way if they were to get a team at las vegas would just make LV look like a complete idiot game) is that Vegas Chicken is based around not being able to be abused to the point where it hurts people. Vegas Chicken receives 1 tool: a chicken wing giver. They also aren't permitted to go far outside of the restaurant. They don't have a security team, janitors division (ok for real. #### Is this a joke?), investors rank because thats not what the business is for. MacDonalds is seeming to be a selfish and stupidly ran business that is only seeking fame and money. (Wow identical to the real thing!) MacDonalds has a janitors division which is obviously a joke, and yet has more people than other ranks that would make sense, and has an investors rank that just shows that they are expecting to make a profit from the name.
Its this HUGE difference between the two that allows Vegas Chicken to hire just about anyone and prevents MacDonalds from doing the same. MacDonalds has more of an expectation to live up to if this bill passes, something that they can no longer reach with their previous acceptance methods.
The reason BoA can get away with having a taser is because they have a purpose for security, which is their most popular rank in terms of employment. They are tasked with holding money. Real life bank security guards also have tasers. I dare you to go to your local McDonalds and ask to see their taser or handgun. The most you will get is probably pepper spray, a broken baseball bat, and a phone with the police on speed dial.
tl;dr: sit down you're stupid.
