Gonna keep this one as short as I can considering this case is just a complete disasterous mess.
ZA_iN was found not guilty of all charges presented by Prosecutor Harkology.
The reason being:
The prosecution's lack of evidence and the defense raising the issue of Castle Law created a level of doubt which constitutes a not guilty verdict.
The prosecution set out a point about murder in a "yard" and attempted to apply this to the Bank of America land. This piece of private property is defined as the Bank of America building, including the steps leading into it. The "yard" part of the building can be seen in the entrance, the steps leading to the inside of the building.
Rather confusing but I'm hoping the Supreme Court can fix this mess...
