Article I. The Joint Agreement Regarding the Korean Civil War
This document shall replace the provisions outlined in the Joint Agreement Regarding the Korean Civil War.
Article II. Legitimate Belligerents
The only armed forces that may participate in the Battle for Seoul are the Korean People's Army and the Korean Liberation Front. A senior commissioned officer in the Cypriot National Guard will act as an impartial military observer.
Article III. Victory Conditions
The belligerent that achieves 175 confirmed kills first shall be declared the victor.
Article IV. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are prohibited during the battle:
- The use of administrative privileges for any means other than communication and teaming without the consent of the leadership of both belligerents
- The use of aerial vehicles
- Altering the map without the consent of the leadership of both belligerents
- Spawnkilling
- The use of clothing items as a means of protection
- The use of armaments equipped on a ground vehicle
- Exploiting
If the provisions in this article are violated, the battle will be paused and the perpetrators will be banned from the server.
Article V. Auto-Wins
Neither belligerent shall be granted an auto-win unless every single member of the opposing force leaves the server. This is the only situation in which an auto-win may be declared.
Article VI. Aftermath
If the Korean Liberation Front achieves victory, the following terms shall become legally binding:
- The Korean People's Army will withdraw from Yeonpyeong Island and turn it over to the Korean Liberation Front.
- The Korean People's Army will withdraw from the Republic of Korea in a formal retreat across the demilitarized zone and the sovereign borders of the Republic of Korea will be restored.
- Maarten_Johannes will be appointed President and Head of State of the Republic of Korea, and shall form a government with the sole authority to govern the Republic of Korea.
- KimIl_Hyeong will retain ownership of the Republic of Korea group, but will not interfere in its affairs. The Republic of Korea group owned by AmirAlAssad will serve as a backup group in the event that this provision is violated.
If the Democratic People's Republic of Korea achieves victory, the following terms will become legally binding:
- The Korean Liberation Front will disarm and disband.
- All members of the Korean Liberation Front will be tried and executed by a military commission in Pyongyang.
The terms in this agreement have been accepted by both belligerents.
