User created hats. Just read the description!

Alot of people want to create hats for ROBLOX. But every way seems impossible. But I figured out a better way to do this. If users want to create their own hats, then all they have to do is take a hat that has ALREADY been made. Then they can "mess" around with the settings, the positions, the mesh I.D, the Texture I.D, and the colour. And if someone makes a REALLY good hat. They can send the link of the hat to ROBLOX, Builderman, Telamon, Stealth Pilot, MrDoomBringer or ReeseMcBLox (especially ReeseMcBlox). But in order to do this, you have to go to a new thing ROBLOX has to make, it's simply called "Hats". It is a "catagory" where you upload all your hats into. But if your hat is really good, and the admins like it, and it's an original idea. Then they should make your idea. But YOU DON'T get paid...ROBLOX still gets paid... But they DO have to give YOU credit for it. (No hater comments, just and idea)
