VIP Server Question

I have a question about VIP servers. In my Natural Disaster Survival group someone on it bought a VIP server for the game, and I can join it. If I am on it and a friend not in the group tries to join me, will it let them? Btw the VIP server is almost always empty except for me. Thanks guys

If you're trying to refer to the fact that the VIP server is group-only, then your friend can't join if s/he isn't in the group.
