I Kampaku Nato Kabu and Daimyo, believe Chicao abused his power with great intention and eminence.
He has done nothing but one investigation, that ultimately was proven false after myself doing some digging.
He has leaked Government information to his allies and cohorts, thus giving them a knowledge of what we talk about and try to fix/remove. The same action that SaitoRaijin and RyutoAkemi had done in the past.
Chicao also supports Taira in a unbiased manner, by leaking and assisting in secret to his companions actions and behaviors.
He has also branded people to be exploiters in falsity for speaking out against him. In occasion no one does their research on the people hes accused.
And lastly in the past he has committed crimes in different genres.

Well, so if he is doing that, aren't you doing this to protect the current Shogunate union? I see that as bad as the accusations you're throwing at Chicao. And also, the "evidence" you posted, is from aprox. 4 years ago, when he was in charge of a medieval group, how is that even a reliable source? People change, nato. |

I will now discredit and debunk all the supposed "evidences" presented in the google document. The numbers and letters will correspond with those in the document.
1. My investigation was thorough. I asked all the necessary questions and took all the necessary actions. Kabu merely repeated what I did and was lucky enough to get a confession from one of his members who initially covered up for the offender.
1i. This is # picture of # very small portion of our conversation in the government discord server. Regardless, this is not evidence for lack of investigation. I stated clearly that nothing points to a FJ clan being behind this action. When the truth came out by confession, it was Yoshida_Niou who was an Atagi HR for a long time before even truly becoming daimyo of Akuma.
2a. This is a picture of the government official channel of the government discord server. It is Kabu showing me a picture taken by HayashidaAo. The time is stamped at 12:35 AM EST (Kabu's time zone) which is 10:35 PM MT (Ao's time zone).
2c. Kabu states "minutes later from initial exposure" to indicate it was a short time period between the what is presented in 2a and 2d.
2d. This is a picture of HayashidaAo and TairaKiyomori having a private conversation. Time of call starts at 11:02 PM MT which is 1:15 AM EST. A substantial amount of time have passed between the initial exposure and the conversation between Ao and Kiyomori. Not to mention, this is far from definitive proof that I leaked information to any parties in any way.
In regards to the picture of Kaancepts making a statement. Kaancepts heard me wrong over our clan discord voice chat. My clan was urging me to become Shogun and I said to them "I don't think I really want to become Shogun because it is too much of a hassle. If anything, the only reason I'd want to be Shogun is just so I can say I've done it". The second half of the statement is no different from what Shogun Ii Naokatsu have said before. I still do not wish to be Shogun for the same reasons. Ultimately, this still has nothing to do with my jo##
In regards to the video, NOT ONCE was my name, the government, or my government position was mentioned. That video is a completely separate incident that has zero ties to me, the government, or the government position. Kabu is once again grasping at straws.
The pictures that follow are also not completely true. I am NOT the first nor am I the only one who believe James and Exodus to be an exploiter. I pbanned Exodus once at my castle after witnessing muizz1 slash his back for a prolonged period of time without him dying. I also pbanned Exodus once at Kyoto when the constant exploits were occurring. I did not do it multiple times because you only need to do pban once. I was never involved in their removal from Date either, and there is no proof to show that I was involved.
The most laughable evidence is the last one of # forum post from nearly 4 years ago. #### is so ready to believe anything negative said about me from anyone. He has hardly ever spoken to this individual nor asked her anything about me. He immediately considered this as evidence without even so much of a second thought. This woman and I have had a long history back in the medieval genre. We were essentially each other's "arch nemesis". The forum post is a complete lie. If you read it, she states I blackmail people to rejoin Mandoria by threatening to mass exile everyone in Mandoria. If I want people to rejoin, then why mass exile? I was never the leader of Mandoria either, by the way.
This petition is terribly unprofessional. It is unfortunately Kabu's personal disdain towards me. I have done my job well and have given no reason for the people to distrust me as a government official. I believe that the 16 present daimyos who voted me in knew exactly I am the best fit for the job and would not fail them. All of Kabu's######ences" are completely inconclusive, unreasonable, and dishonest. Government officials must work together professionally and keep their own personal agenda, bias, and emotions out of their duties. Arigato for reading!
