the green button when you wanna play a game I keep clicking it doesn't respond and then I go to games and the games don't show up then I went try to join my friend but the join button wasn't there please help

What can I do to fix this The green button for to play a game it I clicked it 4 times and it wont show the loading game thing and when I go to games none of the games show up
