Hello, citizens of the State of Docklands.
It has now come to my attention that the Docklands State Troopers has gone into a time of squalor and has entered a cesspit that cannot be removed unless the High Command of teh Docklands State Troopers are removed.
Removal request on the following:
Colonel DarkWhale
Lieutenant Colonel Dino_Raf
Contents;

[SECTION I]
The Docklands State Troopers was first established in September of 2016, undergoing three different Colonels. Malistaire, to FadedIllusions to the current Colonel DarkWhale. The Docklands State Troopers went from a department that hired criminals as high ranks, to one with hope and prosperity to now a department full of garbage, abuse, ill-knowledge and criminals within the group. The Docklands State Troopers has gone down for the worse as it was intentionally created to better and potentially replace the Docklands Police Department and it clearly hasn't met that goal. The quick, hasty and unprepared appointment of Colonel DarkWhale was from former Governor Jakido who had no option but to chose him (he was a Major, only option when Colonel FadedIllusions had resigned).

The Docklands State Troopers has an admin abuser as it's current Colonel.
Evidence for this has emerged. Furthermore, his Lieutenant General is also an admin abuser was shown by his DPD pending suspension card.
All of these offences are against the admin executive rules, despite Lieutenant Colonel being a DPD Assistant Chief and not having to follow them, it is still admin abuse and he was let off free which I personally find appalling.
Moreover, Colonel DarkWhale selection for Dino_Raf for Lieutenant Colonel was purely because of their close bond and their friendship. This is virtually free-ranking and undeserving. Adding to this, Lieutenant Colonel Dino_Raf is very immature, has no experience and has no clue what the State Troopers actually do. This goes for the Colonel too.
Furthermore, the Docklands State Troopers has come to harbor known criminals such as Savage_Colts, kontad123, ccolew6, ########## likeaboss794 and AyeeItsGamer. This just shows the corruption within the department. Not only that, the abuse rats and the lack of knowledge within the department is at shocking rates despite the State Troopers being proclaimed as the perfect law enforcement of Docklands (which is worrying).

I recommend current Major iiSouthernLaw for the position of Colonel if the Governor is to hear this plea.
The reasons for this are;
Major iiSouthernLaw is a disciplined, active, mature, experienced and wise individual who works hard to ensure that the Docklands State Troopers' reputation rises despite High Command pulling it down. He in touch with those he guides and teaches by assisting them, helping them and letting them grow to become better State Troopers. He is a current Instructor of the Firestone POST and Corporal of the Stapleton County Sheriff's Office which just speaks for his professionalism and his skills. State Troopers under command will be a State Troopers that the State will be proud of.

We are still trying to resolve the criminal issue, instead of jumping to conclusions about abuse you could tell us what you see fit to be changed with'n the department. |

Lieutenant Colonel Dino, if docklands state troopers would fire all the criminals, we would have fifteen members. The main issue is the inactivity, immaturity and afcourse the criminals being in this group. The problem with the maturity also starts with the high commands. Don't get me wrong, but I never saw a Lieutenant Colonel with a Dino hat.

Not agreed, SouthernLaw is a crazy person and I don't think he is fit to be the colonel. He has been trying to sabotage DST within the past few weeks. Firing the current colonel and his lieutenant would bring a disaster to state of docklands. Think wisely! |
