BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF WILSON CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1: This legislation will legalize the right for citizens/tourists in the State of Wilson to exercise the right of self defense. Section 1A. Self defense shall be defined as: The act of protecting oneself from an assailant who has caused physical harm. SECTION 2: Citizens will be granted the right to not be arrested or detained by Law Enforcement if they practice their right of Self Defense. SECTION 2A: Suspects shall be arrested or detained if they are caught by Law Enforcement while attacking someone who is using their right to self defense. SECTION 2B: Suspects shall be defined as: A person who may have done a crime and will be allotted jail time for it. SECTION 2C: Arrested shall be defined as: The act of a law enforcement taking a citizen to jail for jail time. SECTION 2D: Detain shall be defined as: The act of law enforcement holding a person in custody without bring them to jail (i.e. Handcuffs). Section 2E: Custody shall be defined as: The act of law enforcement arresting a person and bringing them to jail. SECTION 3: The Wilson Police Department, Wilson SWAT, and Wilson Department of Homeland Security will look over this legislation.
