BE IT ENACTED THAT THE STATE OF WILSON CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1: The Governor's cabinet picks must be confirmed by the senate. SECTION 1A: The senate must reach a majority (½) for the nominee to be confirmed. SECTION 1B: The Governor's nominee not be ranked "Cabinet" in the State of Wilson until they have been confirmed by the senate. SECTION 1C: If a Senate session has not been hosted within 20 days, the nominee is automatically approved. SECTION 1D: The governor's cabinet picks may not be confirmed until someone has won the Gubernatorial Elections. SECTION 2: The State of Wilson shall be defined as the following: https://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=3062038 SECTION 2A: Gubernatorial Elections shall be defined as the elections hosted for the position of "Governor" in the State of Wilson. SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced the State of Wilson Senate & the Governor. SECTION 4: Any and all laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void. SECTION 5: This legislation is effective once signed. SECTION 5A: Once the legislation is signed, all future Cabinet Members must be confirmed.
