A bill to allow Homeland Security Agents to leave Capital and respond to Government Official's request. ( Providing Cover for GO(s) )
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF WILSON CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: This legalisation is needed because whenever a Government Officials is facing a threat/being threathened. He/she will be able to call for Homeland Security Agents to get over to his current location and escort him to the Capital to ensure his safety. Which means it is to protect government officials from any threats.
SECTION 1: Allowing HLS agents to leave the Capital more than their limitation to respond to a Government Official request.
SECTION 1A: HLS Agents are only allowed to leave their permitted area if a Government Official is requesting for them.
SECTION 1B: If any Government Officials decides to abuse this rights shall be suspended from their duties and may/may not face demotion. Same goes for HLS Agents, if they decide to falsely state that a Government Official is needing protection and leave their Permitted zone, shall be Suspended and face Demotion.
SECTION 2: Allowing HLS agents to leave Cap and respond to Government Officials defines letting HLS agents to cross their Permitted area and to respond and provide protection and a escort for the Government Official.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by Homeland Security and all Government Officials starting from Court Justice to Governor.
SECTION 4: This piece of legislation shall be in effect immediately once it has passed through congress.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
