For a TL;DR: WCoR will act as more community oriented group, where everyone will have equal voice on changes and events, while the Council will help sort these ideas and consider them to be implemented. The director will only be there to ensure activity and coordination, not as a 'leader' per se. Many changes will come to ranks, jobs, activities and events, we look to include new clans and in-dev clans and organizations into WCoR, and help connect our allies better to each other and WCoR itself. Some minor aesthetic changes will come along as well as seeking out a new logo that better defines us.
