The ballot results are below. King_Splxsh and kerberty have won the elections while FantasticTiki and chuba7 have tied.
FantasticTiki: 3
King_Splxsh: 13
kerberty: 9
chuba7: 3
One voter, instead of copying and pasted the whole ballot, just deleted all of the other names and left FantasticTiki there. Since I never mentioned that a vote would not be counted if the ballot was pasted incorrectly, I feel as if it would be unfair if I did not count that one vote for FantasticTiki.
That being said, King_Splxsh and kerberty will be promoted while FantasticTiki and chuba7 will have their names put on another ballot. The person with the most votes will be elected.
